Ella completed a two year British Wheel of Yoga Diploma through YogaCampus, London in 2012.
Her training has taught her to teach from the heart with an awareness and respect for individuals’ differing needs.
This is reflected in her teaching style which caters to most levels through asking the body to enjoy the freedom of movement as well as steadiness in stillness. Her teaching draws on both Hatha and Vinyasa traditions. Options and adapations of poses are offered throughout her classes.
